Changing a booking (tenant)
Changing a booking on WeMeet.nl
It is also possible to make a change to your WeMeet booking after it is already created. Do you want it on another day, time or did you forget to add services and still want to do that? You can. Just follow the steps below. Note: You can only make adjustments once, so make sure you make the adjustments at the same time if you want to do more than one.
Log in to your WeMeet account.
In your account, click on: Bookings.
Select the booking you want to edit here.
Now you can view the booking. On the right side of the screen you will see 'Edit booking' button. Click on it to edit your booking.

Once you have clicked this, you will return to the screen where you originally started your booking. All data are entered as you did when you made your booking. Now you can make changes here. You can drag the time, add or remove services and/or even add a discount code.
Are you done modifying the booking? Then click 'Request booking changes' and complete the booking further.
Finalize the booking and wait for a response from the host.
Have you already paid the booking but the amount is higher or lower? Then the system will ask you to pay the difference if higher. Are the costs lower? Then WeMeet will refund the difference to your account.
