Reason for booking cancellation
It is of course very annoying (for both parties) if you have made a booking and you have to cancel it for some reason. We think it is important to know why you cancel a booking, so that the other party knows why the booking is cancelled. In this article we will explain to you how to cancel a booking and give a reason.
How can you cancel a booking?
To cancel a booking click in on "Bookings" in the header, once there click on the booking.

On the booking page, you can click "Cancel booking " on the right side to cancel a booking.

Once you have pressed the button, a pop-up will appear (see image below). In this pop-up, the reason why the booking is being cancelled must be given so that the host can see why their booking was cancelled (if a host cancels a booking they will also have to give a reason).
