How do I cancel a booking?



Canceling a booking, just like making a booking, is done through the platform. You log into your account and click on bookings:



When you click on bookings you will see the screen below. In this case, an upcoming booking is shown. In this example we click on these bookings. Should you have more bookings listed in this screen, make sure you click the correct booking to cancel.



When you click on the booking, the platform opens the page with all the booking details. It looks like this:



On the right side of the screen you will see a number of options: cancel booking, edit booking and finance. To cancel your booking click on cancel booking.
If you click on this option the system will ask for a reason to cancel the booking. This reason is sent to both WeMeet and the host, so make sure it is clear why you are canceling the booking.



Once you have entered the reason you can click the red button, cancel booking. If this is successful you will see in the next screen on the top right that the status of the booking has changed to cancelled.



This means the cancellation of your booking has been successful! Had you already paid for the booking? Then you will automatically get your money back and you don't have to do anything else.
