How do I make a booking?

How do I make a booking?

Watch the video or read below it step by step how to go through this process.

You've looked among all the beautiful venues WeMeet has to offer and you've picked one, great! But now what? This is how to make a booking at your chosen venue:

First, open the venue's page. Here you can see the pictures, name, calendar and other features the venue offers.
Check the venue's calendar to see if they have space for you at your convenience. As shown below, the calendar shows a lot of information.
The time slots scratched in gray are no longer available to rent, the white ones are. Now you can fill in your time slot by clicking on the white area and dragging the blue bar that then appears, or you manually fill in the date, start time and close with the drop-down menu. In this example, the space is booked on August 4 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.

After entering the time slot, the current price for your reservation is shown on the right, a shorter time means a smaller price.
Now scroll down a little bit to indicate how many people will be attending, also indicated is the maximum amount of people the venue will accept per reservation.

After this you can select your facilities. The top three are included for free by default, this is what the host has indicated. Underneath, however, facilities are on request. If you want to use these facilities, indicate how much each (or p.p.) and click "+ Add".

Note! Some locations require bookers to purchase some of these facilities when booking at a certain price. This is also indicated.

After this, you can scroll down a little more to choose possible layouts that can be arranged at the venue.
Now everything is filled out to your liking! To make the booking, click on the right on "Request this room".
On the next screen you need to enter information about the meeting so the host knows what to expect. Here you can also specify your payment method: direct or on account.

The next step depends on the host's preferences. If he/she has automated the process, your request will be approved immediately. Otherwise, the host has to approve it manually and then you have to wait a while. This was the whole process! If you had chosen option "Pay immediately", after the acceptance you will get an email asking if you want to pay. If you chose "Post payment," then you only get an email with your indicated options and after your meeting takes place you get an invoice sent to you.
