Optimize your profile

Both your location(s) and space(s) all have their own page on wemeet.nl. It is important to set up these pages as optimally as possible, so that visitors can find all the information they need and your location(s) and space(s) are attractively presented.

Location page

On the location page, it is important to tell as much as you can about your location.

Provide good photography (landscape format) on which both the outside and inside are attractively portrayed. Compare it to selling a home; make sure everything looks neat and cozy, the property is easily recognizable, and provide good lighting.
When describing your location, keep in mind search terms used by tenants. See becoming more findable below.
Provide a recruiting description and end with a clear "call to action," such as "book a meeting room with us now and meet without worry".
Don't forget to talk about things like accessibility, parking options, services offered and the location's surroundings (for example, is there a restaurant or interesting attraction nearby?).

Space page

This page is mainly about the specific space you are offering. For each space, create your own page by adding a new space.

Describe clearly and attractively what kind of space is involved and what it is particularly suited for (small groups, presentations, etc.).
Also post here attractive photography. Photos where people are present are better received than photos of a bare, empty space.
Again, when describing the space, keep in mind tenant search terms.

Becoming more findable

WeMeet has done extensive research on search terms used by tenants looking for spaces. We list them for you here:

We recommend that you also tell a bit about the area around your location. Are there famous buildings or attractions nearby? Is the location in a nature reserve or perhaps just near a train station? What about parking options? Is there hospitality industry nearby? Does your venue have common areas such as a garden or courtyard? Do you provide your own catering or can you arrange this for your guests elsewhere?

In addition to attractive & clear texts and good photography, you can also link, from your own website, to the venue or room page(s). Think for example of a "direct booking" button. If you do not yet have a page on your own site about rentals, you could add one and again show all rooms on it. Per room you could place a button "Book this room", which links directly to the page on wemeet.nl. This way you can automate your entire rental process! Do you need help or advice with this?
