Online calendar synchronization

We offer the ability to link your online calendar (such as Google, Microsoft or Apple) to the space(s) on wemeet.nl.

First, we will explain to you how calendar synchronization works.

You can use this convenient functionality to match the availability of the room(s) with your online calendar and also ensures that you can avoid double bookings. Our system will check your calendar to see when the space is still available. If you rent the space through other platforms or by yourself, you can indicate in your calendar when the space is not available.

When you receive a new booking through WeMeet, it will also be immediately visible in your own calendar. This way you always have a central overview of all bookings!
