Landlords Reliability Rating

Landlord rating system

To ensure that our tenants have the best possible WeMeet experience, the landlord rating system was created. This rating system divides into 0-5 stars.

You can earn stars by responding quickly and accepting (requested) bookings and running them well.
You lose points if you refuse bookings or do not respond in time to a booking, chat or visit request. For example, use the calendar synchronization so that you have to refuse as few requests as possible.

If a room's rating reaches 2 stars, as a host you will receive an email warning that the ratings are very low. If a room reaches 0 stars, the room will automatically be deactivated. As a host, you will also receive a message about this. This way, bookers can see the WeMeet rating of landlords before they place a booking and can better assess what to expect.

What affects this rating?

Decreased:
If the reservation request is ignored or not answered by the seller (- star)
When the booking is canceled by the vendor (- star).
When the reservation request is rejected by the vendor (- star)
Increased:
When the reservation request has been approved by the vendor (+ star)
When a booking request has been successfully completed (+ star)

What do the stars mean?
stars - Very trustworthy
stars - Reliable
stars - Average acceptance rate
stars - Low reliability
star - Extremely low reliability
stars - Unreliable

Does your account have a low rating or has itself been taken offline and would you like to talk to us about this? Please contact us soon. We are happy to discuss options to make it as good as possible for all parties and adjust the rating if necessary. Send an email to help@wemeet.nl and one of our staff will get back to you soon.
