Reason for booking cancellation


It is of course very annoying (for both parties) if a tenant has made a booking at your location and you have to cancel it for some reason. It is important to know why a booking is canceled so that the other party can also be informed. In this article we will explain how to cancel a booking and give a reason for doing so.

How can you cancel a booking?


To cancel a booking, click on "Dashboard" in the header. When you are on the dashboard page, go to the date you want to cancel the booking by using the arrows above the grid calendar. Once you have arrived at the booking (see image below) click on the bar to go to the booking (for an explanation about the agenda synchronization look here: https://help.wemeet.nl/nl/article/hoe-werkt-de-agenda-synchronisatie-zw7uzk/).




On the booking page you can click on "Cancel this booking" to cancel a booking.





If you have clicked on the button, a pop-up will appear (see image below). In this pop-up, the reason why the booking is canceled must be given so that the renter can see why his booking has been canceled (if a renter cancels a booking, he will also have to give a reason).
