Social Real Estate: What is it?
The designation Social Real Estate has several components, namely social, community and real estate. These three words make up the meaning of Social Real Estate. Social has to do with interpersonal: this is about the mutual relationship between different people. Social is about society and public space. Real Estate is about the buildings. Social Real Estate are therefore buildings with a public function, buildings that add value to society.
It is collective term for a building or site with a public function in the area of:

Social welfare
(Medical) care

Research has shown that social is high on the agenda of companies. They would like to be able to give something back and corporate social responsibility is now unthinkable.
