Under booking settings you indicate whether guests can book directly or must first make a request. You can also specify how far in advance a booking may be canceled and how far in advance it must be booked, as well as how many bookings are possible per day. For new accounts it is no longer possible to choose between direct booking and on demand. All bookings are direct. This does not mean that you can no longer reject a booking. If a booking cannot be made, you can cancel it. Direct booking also has great advantages: rooms that can be booked directly are booked up to 3 times more often.

WeMeet offers calendar synchronization capability, so bookings are placed only at times when the space is still available.
