What is 'pay later by invoice'?

As a landlord, can I have my tenant pay afterwards at WeMeet?



Yes, you can choose in the booking settings to enable the possibility of paying afterwards by means of an invoice. You can choose which options you want to use for each room you rent out. Please note that you can only adjust this per room and therefore have to adjust it for all your rooms if you change your mind again.

Billing



Do you choose to allow 'pay later by invoice'? Then it is your own responsibility as a landlord to ensure that the tenant pays. WeMeet then only asks you to pay for the service via the platform. You can prepare an invoice yourself after the meeting and send it to the tenants. Your own rules apply here. WeMeet is not liable for defaulters. If someone actually does not pay, we would like to know, so that we can block this tenant from our platform if they do not make the payment.

How does it work?



You indicate in your booking settings that you want to allow 'pay later by invoice'. If a tenant indicates that they want to pay afterwards, you will receive this request. You must accept this quickly (max 48 hours) (or refuse if it is not possible). You can choose which payment options are allowed.
