WeMeet is specifically designed for managers of Heritage and (Social) Community properties on a commercial or non-commercial basis.

Freedom, convenience and transparency are key concepts with us. Simply put: as a manager, you can tailor the rental rules to your own situation. Register your space(s) with no obligation so that you will automatically come across all the useful features.

One feature we are proud of is the ability to sync your Google/Outlook/Apple space calendar with your calendar in WeMeet. That means you can automatically accept reservations without fear of duplicate bookings, but not have to keep an additional calendar and even advertise on another platform in addition to WeMeet.

You can also use WeMeet to automate rentals through your own website by, for example, linking a "rent this space" button to your ad for that space on WeMeet. Convenient and simple.

WeMeet also uses a chat feature so people can easily ask questions or schedule a visit. Guests who use WeMeet and thus contribute to better utilization of the Netherlands' great meeting spaces pay a 10% service fee.

WeMeet believes that as a manager of social real estate, you should not endlessly chase invoices. The guest pays immediately when making a final booking. We email an invoice for that immediately. The paid rent is then in escrow and paid into your bank account 48 hours after the meeting. If your guest cancels on time we refund 100% of the amount paid immediately. Simple, honest and secure.
